Insertion/Extraction Tools
Dedicated insertion and extraction tools are available for the MHF® series, CABLINE® series, ISH® series, and IARPB® series products.
These tools vary in shape and configuration: some are designed exclusively for insertion or extraction, while others combine both functions in a single tool.
Because the connectors must be mated precisely and the products are too small to handle reliably by hand, the use of dedicated insertion and extraction tools ensures secure operation and provides greater confidence during assembly and maintenance.

ISH® series and IARPB® series Extraction Tools
ISH® series Extraction Tools
The ISH® series offers extraction tools for some products.
Both terminal and retainer part will need dedicated extraction tools not to be damaged when released.
The extraction tool needs to be placed into the secondary lock part taper situated at the bottom of the female housing, and the tool to the direction shown below to release the secondary lock part.
The extraction tools for retainers needed to be placed into the releasing apertures situated on the side of the housing, and push out the retainer.
