There are two types of plug inspection adapters: Electrical Performance Check and Voltage / Continuity Check.
Please note that the SMA type (Jack/Plug) for Electrical Check varies depending on the product.

Electrical Check adapters are available for receptacles.
I-PEX offers a variety of types to suit different applications, including versions with different durability levels ranging from Standard type to High cycle type, as well as narrow pitch types that allow operation even on densely populated PCBs.
The High cycle series conducts electricity through a spring loaded pin in the jig, resulting in less wear on the receptacle compared to mating type tools, providing higher durability and making it suitable for mass production (factory use).

Since the receptacle and the adapter are manually mated, the durability cycles are limited to 500.
This type is best suited for inspection in small scale production environments, such as laboratories.

The Detachable type allows the adapter and probe to be removed and replaced.
The base adapter is compatible with all series.

This is a lineup of SMA adapters for testing the RF-Switch MHF^®-SW23.
There are two types—friction-lock and high-cycle—and both can mate with the switch.
For the "high cycle" type, you can also choose whether or not to have a floating function.
