PiezoMEMS is an International Workshop on Piezoelectric MEMS provides researchers in a wide range of fields related to piezoelectric MEMS with an opportunity to discuss and present their research, and to promote exchanges among researchers.
Participants from companies and academia around the world lively discuss regarding piezoelectric thin film production and evaluation technologies, as well as the development of MEMS devices. Key researchers are also invited from all over the world to present the cutting edge research in the rapidly advancing fields.
